WACKER® Silicone Spray AK – Release Agent and Lubricant
Universal release agent and lubricant based on pure AK silicone fluid (polydimethylsiloxane). Forms a water-clear, water-repellent silicone film. Odourless and CFC-free.
Properties
- pure, undiluted active ingredient for strong release and lubricating performance
- heat-resistant up to approx. +180 °C
- water-repellent and electrically insulating
Applications
- Release agent in model making and mould making
- Lubricant, e.g. for Bowden cables, guides and mechanisms
- Insulating agent for electrical components
- Care agent for plastics, rubber, leather and latex
- reduces wear and dampens noise
