Who can order in the shop?
The shop is aimed at business customers (industry and trade). We deliver throughout Switzerland.
How much does shipping cost?
We charge a flat shipping fee of CHF 11.35 (excl. VAT). All prices are in CHF excl. VAT.
Where can I find technical data sheets?
Technical data sheets and safety data sheets are available directly on each product page in the “Data sheets” tab.
What if an item is out of stock?
Click “Enquire” on the product page and enter your e-mail address. We will get back to you with the delivery time.
Can you advise me on choosing a product?
