Potting & Encapsulation
WACKER offers a wide range of 1- and 2-component products for potting applications. Particularly soft gels are used for potting sensitive components such as bonded ICs (integrated circuits), which ensure functionality even under extreme temperature changes or strong vibration. Gels with particularly low volatility and low bleed are becoming increasingly important for sensor applications.
