PYROSIL® flame coating unit GVE
is an innovative solution for surface silicatization. Flame pyrolysis, the combustion of a gas mixture of propane, butane and organosilicon compounds, produces an extremely thin, yet very dense and well adhering silicate layer on metals, glass and polymers. This layer provides an ideal base for a variety of applications, including printable surfaces, painting and bonding, as it has excellent adhesion properties.
The flexibility of the device allows it to be used both as a hand-held device for manual applications in large-scale use and to integrate the torch head into automated systems. The use of two PYROSIL® cartridges means that work can be carried out continuously, enabling efficient and seamless production.
